To be client of a Postgresql database, with Ubuntu, you must in addition install a driver :
It can be done with these commands in a terminal :
- sudo apt-get install postgresql-client
- sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libpq.so.5.4 /usr/lib/libpq.so
